At New England Gladiators Basketball we are dedicated to each player individually. Basketball is by no means an easy sport, but through cooperation, hard work, and empowering each player, we believe we can facilitate progress and bring out the best in each athlete. We are always striving to make a difference during each practice whether it be on the court or in life.
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. That's the vision we want all of our athletes to embody. Unlimited potential through unlimited focus.
New England Gladiators Basketball Program Mission Statement
The mission of the New England Gladiators Basketball Program is to provide the youth of Lawrence, MA, and beyond the opportunity to learn and enjoy basketball at a highly competitive level. Our program aims to develop individual and team skills, promote sportsmanship, team spirit, and organizational loyalty.
We demand a high degree of ethical conduct from our coaches, players, volunteers, and parents, setting a positive example for the community. By cooperating with local youth programs and schools, we enhance our players' opportunities to excel at the middle school, high school level, and beyond.
Our goal is to offer a fun basketball experience while teaching valuable life lessons such as teamwork, problem-solving, loyalty, discipline, hard work, and how to win.
